I saw the ASL Ice Bucket Challenge and thought, "Wait, that's it?"
  2. Testimonial from Mark T.
I did it in 25 seconds. Second try though blasted through all 22 ounces. AND IT WAS YOGURT. HOOHA.
  3. Testimonial from Beau C.
It's a good kind of hurt for a good cause.

Anyone can do 22 pushups but not anyone can do this.

Honestly I see the average population unable to do this.
Veterans have a suicide rate 18% higher than the civilian population.

In 2014, the latest year available,
more than 7,400 veterans took their own lives.

Give Hope to a Veteran Through Operation Restore Hope

Important information regarding the 22 oz Chug Challenge
The 22 oz Chug Challenge (“22 CHUG”) is a voluntary activity undertaken to accomplish the charitable purposes of Operation Restore Hope’s Q Missions (“Association”) by raising awareness of and funds for the fight against veteran’s suicide.  As with any activity, there is a risk of injury (or even death) from participating in, or acting as a spectator to, the 22 CHUG.  Participants in and spectators to the 22 CHUG are advised to carefully consider any health issues, environmental/location concerns and other factors and/or unforeseen hazards that might adversely impact the ability to undertake the 22 CHUG safely.

Individuals participating in the 22 CHUG (each a “Participant”) do so at their own election and at their own risk, and by their participation agree (on their own behalf and on behalf of anyone else who might make a claim in their place) to waive, release and discharge the Association, and to indemnify, hold harmless and agree not to sue the Association and its affiliates and representatives for any loss, liability, cost, damages (including reasonable attorney’s fees) or other claims that might arise from or in relation to their participation in the 22 CHUG, whether due to negligence or otherwise.  Participants are encouraged to consult their health care providers with any questions regarding how the 22 CHUG might affect their health, and any Participants under the age of 18 should obtain permission from a parent/guardian.  The Association is not responsible for, and specifically disclaims responsibility for, any loss, injury liability, cost, damages or other claims arising from or in relation to the 22 CHUG.

The Association has no control over the actions of Participants or spectators to any 22 CHUG, the location in which an 22 CHUG is undertaken or the method by which the 22 CHUG is conducted.  Participants or spectators that require first aid and/or other medical treatment or related services in relation to an injury or illness that arises in connection with participation in the 22 CHUG remain solely and exclusively responsible for and all liability or claims arising out of or in relation to such treatment and/or services.
